Value proposition and prototyping workshop

Focused on designing and validating the value proposition, as well as creating prototypes for products or services.

Eco-design strategy and ideation workshop

Introduction to eco-design using the “How Might We” methodology to define challenges and understand the packaging journey.

Implementation and launch workshop

Aimed at understanding and developing an environmentally friendly minimum viable product and planning its execution.

Green Marketing and Communication Workshop

Training in green marketing, differentiating between green marketing and greenwashing, and effective communication strategies.

Results obtained

  1. More than 100 companies in the supply chain trained (producers, processors, and collectors).
  2. The companies implemented eco-design strategies, improving their environmental impact and value proposition.
  3. Multiple prototypes of sustainable packaging were created and validated, generating interest from potential customers.
  4. The companies improved their green communication, differentiating themselves in the market and avoiding greenwashing.
  5. The participating companies developed and began implementing roadmaps to guide their long-term sustainability efforts.
